Goals

To introduce participants in the main concepts developed by CMMI® Model regarding structure, goals, work products, and other components corresponding to level 2 process areas:

-   Introduction to the CMMI® model
-   Requests Administration
-   Project Planning
-   Project Monitoring and Control
-   Configuration Administration
-   Measurement and Analysis
-   Products and Processes Quality Assurance
-   Management in accordance with Suppliers

Dictation of courses is proposed in a dynamic way by means of practice with real cases in each process area to allow participants to achieve an "interpretation” of defined practices within the model.




Instructors

The whole of the personnel devoted to course dictation have received official SEI (1) training related with the issues to be developed, and support their theoretical knowledge on their expertise as responsible professionals in charge of the implementation of improvements in the companies that are part of Rosario Technology Cluster, which have already been evaluated by SCAMPI method. Currently, these professionals work as Consultants and Managers for projects of:

Consulting on Improvement Processes based on the CMMI® model.
