Specific benefits for Software companies:
The negotiations made by RTC in different spheres about the issue of recognizing the Software Sector as an Industry; and particularly for the approval of the Software Industry Promotion Act, make the following issues to be possible:
• The exemption of the Gross Income Tax for sales made within the province of Santa Fe.
• The reduction in the DreI municipal aliquot (previously defined).
• The obtaining of a certificate applicable to domestic tax payments with a value of 70% of paid payroll taxes.
• A 60% reduction in the Income Tax aliquot.
• Fiscal Stability for a period of 10 years (the last 3 items must be previously approved by the National Office of Industry).
